A Lil Reminder That...

No, i dont intend to insult..
Rangers had a council fire and sam and i planned it.. it went well..
we dressed up and decorated.. with welcome gifts and torches and props and all..

and i told my story.. of red sloppity lips and long green fingers.. yeah..

im reminded that youre not suppose to smile just because youre serving.. its the serving that makes you smile..

yes, im trying my bestest best not to brag here..
But i sincerely thank God for this.. for sending the people he sent, for saying the words he did, when i needed it..

im nothing but for the work of God in my life.. work(-still)-in-progress..

.. Gods still always here, you just need to look close enough..

This Is Now

youth camp this year was in a nutshell.. refreshing..
not up to par as compared to previous years, bluntly.. but certainly much needed..
i dont mean to complaint.. committee did brilliantly.. and exhaustively too..

did you see a new generation rising? it is hope rekindled..

oh and i got to be first aid..
wohoo..

personally.. theres only one thing i needed most at this time..
and thats direction.. and i found it, God, vaguely.. but its there..

its just college, i guess.. it rips you apart..
Like two sides of a cut, pulled apart instead of pressured to stop the blood..

seein all those alpha kids (i know i shouldnt be calling you that, young adults..) watching the movie together, being noisy and messy and wacky and all that..

which makes you think of how their gona be as leaders..
which makes you think of how that noisiness and wackyness.. pause, i think the right word is MTB-ism.. can be used to 'impact our generation'
which spins that doubt all the way around into excitement to what God's promises hold..

the noisy bald guy is finally gone..

well, theres phileo, storge, eros and agape.. for parents, friends, lovers, and love unconditional respectively.. but none for things or arts..

but i guess its under agape.. unconditional of WHAT you love.. lol.. dont listen to me..

Spent Christmas in Cameron Highlands.. and climbed Gunung Brinchang with my cousins.. and caroling.. and we ate and ate and ate.. haha.. i need to lose weight now.. new years resolution.. definitely..

met new people too.. like um.. Kum Loong, and Reitter and Steffi, and Chris Cooper, and Brian and Ryan, i reckon i got half the names wrong..

and bumped into old faces.. haha.. stereostatic wayne, and joyce and jacqueline whom i nvr knew were cousins.. fancy that..

oh yeah.. got my results back...

and i wana thank God for it.. (which is kinda ironic coz its all the way down here..)

i passed all my subjects.. haha.. Whoo..

well.. its 2a's and a.. yeah, pass..
